Do you have a puppy who is still too young to join group walks? Many puppy owners work full time and can’t get home during the day. My short puppy visits are a popular service where I can provide feeding, a toilet break and some play and attention to help break up your puppies day until you return home. When trusting someone with a key to your home you want to be sure that they are DBS security checked. You should also ask to see that they are insured for all the pet services they provide. I’m happy to show documents at any meet and greet.

We have three main walks available Monday to Friday, they start at approximately 9:30am, 11:30am and 1:30pm

Our dog walking service is primarily based in Solihull parks, usually we can be found in Brueton Park or Elmdon park, these larger parks provide lots of various routes to explore to ensure each walk is fun and varied, complete with rivers, woods, meadows and open park space for maximum enjoyment.

We carry out our dog walking in Solihull, primarily the areas of Knowle, Dorridge, Bentley Heath, Monkspath and some parts of south Solihull. Please check with us when enquiring to see if your area is covered.

Yes, our hour-long walks start from the moment we leave the van and they end one hour later when we have returned to the van. Any travel time to collect / drop off dogs are not included in this time.

At Knowle Dog Walker we prefer to walk our dogs off-lead, we ideally look to take on sociable dogs that are happy around other dogs. By carrying out our walks off lead the dogs can enjoy a more varied walk and can run around as much or as little as they desire.

We walk a maximum of 4 dogs at any one time.

As a solo operation, myself (Graham) shall carry out all of the walks, this way you also have the benefit of knowing exactly who walks your dog and will only ever have to deal with myself.

As a solo operation I’m afraid we do not cover bank holidays.

No, most of our clients are out during the day and provide us with a key to collect and drop off their dog.

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability cover, we will provide proof at any introductory meeting, including our dog first aid certificate and DBS background check certificate.

Clients are provided with an invoice at the end of each month detailing the services carried out. You may then either make a bank transfer or, if you prefer, you may also pay in cash.

If you do decide you would like to know more about our Solihull dog walking service then we are happy to carry out a free introductory meeting whereby we meet with you and your dog at your home to explain the service in more detail, find out any important information we need and then answer any questions you may have. After the meeting you are left completely free to decide whether the service is suitable for you with absolutely no obligation to use our service.
